Our client is a successful Fuel Tanker haulage company operating throughout the UK. Due to continued success and growth, they are now looking to recruit a Transport Administration Co-ordinator / Planner to join their Regional office team in Grangemouth, Stirlingshire.

What will I be responsible for?

Reporting into the Transport Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all administration functions are delivered to a high standard in accordance with customer requirements and company targets. This will be a dual role encompassing both administration and development into planning / scheduling. Main responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and tracking deliveries to ensure deliveries are in accordance with the schedules.
  • Responding to all customer and company administration requirements receive and action calls from drivers and customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and dealing with any issues/queries that may arise
  • Identify improvement for cost reductions
  • Assist the Transport Manager and Supervisor with driver / vehicle planning and paperwork.

  • Business standard IT skills (MS Office).
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

  • Good self-starter with the ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work on your own and under pressure.

About Company

Shift Pattern:  

  • Monday to Friday (8:00 to 17:00)
