Are you an experienced Telesales Executive who is keen to take the next step in their career? 

Diligent and self-motivated, you will be assisting the sales department in building relationships using the company’s consumer lead database. The role requires an individual with good attention to detail and a focus on customers, to help the wider sales team develop leads and deliver results.

Main Responsibilities of the Telesales Executive

  • Work with the road team to help develop contacts, appointments, & opportunities.
  • Work with the management team to develop and implement a strategic telesales plan.
  • Liaise with our trade base to evaluate requirements to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Manage and develop relationships and contact all database customers, ensuring records are updated detailing status, situation, and level of interest, and the removal of dead leads.
  • Achieve all given daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Generate firm interest leads for the sales team to convert.
  • Provide weekly KPI reports.
  • Provide a product knowledge service and offer additional information to support research.
  • Ensure that the customers’ needs are met.
  • Provide support to the sales managers where required.
  • Communicate and administrate potential presales problems prior to any issues arising.
  • Be the main point of contact for Park Finder queries and ensure updates are provided to the marketing team in a timely manner.
  • Work as part of the team, keep an organised, clean and tidy working environment, and plan work to ensure deadlines are achieved.
  • Take ownership of the Telesales Executive role and develop new relationships.
  • Deal with and log all customer sales enquires, e-mails, calls, & visits.
  • Ensure customer information and systems are maintained within GDPR regulations.
  • Cover other duties as required including visitor centre and greeting customers.

Telesales Executives with experience in any of the following fields would suit this role: sales, telesales, KPI’s, client relationships, administration, customer service, lead generation, as a Sales Executive, Telesales Agent, Telesales Representative or similar role.

Additional Information

Core hours of work:
8am – 5pm Monday to Thursday
8am – 12pm Fridays

  • Knowledge of GDPR legislation.
  • The ability to problem-solve and remain calm in high pressure situations.
  • Experience in handling and resolving customer objections.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Polite and diligent.
  • Organised, accurate, with good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.

Desired Skills

Park home/building knowledge is desirable but not essential.
