We are currently recruiting for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join our dynamic and growing team in Uxbridge.

You will be working directly with our clients and business stakeholders to develop software requirements and enhancements. Your leadership, co-ordination and project management skills will drive positive change and success for our clients and our business.

 

Your Main Responsibilities would entail:

  • Working closely with clients and internal business stakeholders to understand, elicit and develop requirements for client change requests.
  • Developing a deep understanding of current system behaviour to ensure optimal solutions are proposed in the responses and specifications.
  • Working closely with the development and testing teams to ensure the developments meet the specifications;
  • Managing the delivery of client change requests including client expectations, time lines, schedules and delivery dates.
  • Updating the internal Change Management System to store all project and change documentation and ensure it accurately reflects the status of all discussions, agreements and any developments.
  • Authoring client-facing documentation to support the analysis of change requests.

  • Financial Services experience a distinct advantage.
  • Graduate with a business-facing degree.
  • Ideally 3-5 years’ experience of writing software specifications in a business environment.
