As a care assistant you will be working as part of a dedicated team of fully supported staff who have our resident’s emotional and physical wellbeing in their best interests! You will show warmth, comfort and compassion to our residents and their families; helping to promote their independence and dignity.
Not every day will be the same, so you can expect to undertake work that’s as varied as it is rewarding. You’ll support their daily living, encouraging their participation in activities, as well as providing support and companionship.
