The service is currently home to 4 individuals who have learning disabilities and/or Autism. They have come in to contact with the Criminal Justice System in the past. We are looking for Support Practitioners to assist them in re-integrating back in to their communities – Finding and attending different activities in their area including going to the gym, swimming, walking and other social activities.

This role will also involve personal care, assisting with everyday activities such as cooking and maintaining their home, emotional support and ensuring they maintain contact with friends and family members.

*We are looking for candidates who can work waking nights during the week to support the service.

**Due to the nature of the role, we are also looking for candidates to have a full driving licence and access to their own car.
