What will I be responsible for?

Joining as the Service Manager, you will be responsible for organising a team of Service Advisors, Workshop Technicians, Administrators and Drivers monitoring vehicle progress and achieving daily targets whilst communicating with customers, workshop control & the Manufacturers.

The ideal Service Manager will be able to demonstrate proven experience of working within a fast-paced automotive service department, managing, coaching and developing your team and achievement of labour sales, CSI and other KPI’s. You must have great communication ability along with good IT skills & knowledge of any DMS will be essential.
