Regional Service Manager – CIA
The primary focus of the role is to lead and manage the delivery and performance of the field service engineering team within the designated territory, focusing on services received by the client and driving service performance associated with business targets and the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) requirements.
What you will be doing…
- Management of the regional service team.
- On site presence for major client/project handovers from installation to service
- Regular on-site field visits field service works.
- Overall ownership and escalation point for all service calls within designated territory.
- Service Call effectiveness and productivity management through CASH, SBN & Field-force
- Ensure appropriate resources are allocated within territory, to drive efficient optimisation and productivity.
- Track, Analyse, and act on performance metric to improve and maintain productivity to ensure delivery against financial targets, business goals.
- Revenue stream maximisation – chargeable maintenance and engineer sales leads
- Oversight and management of stock management
- Ensure delivery adheres to governing and regulating bodies requirements, codes of conduct and practice standards.
- Skill levels and training requirements within the team are upheld.
- Ensure safety is always adhered to and Health & Safety remains number priority in all areas of the department.
- Responsibility for all field engineering (Internal and Subcontractor) quality standards within Territory, ensuring they are set and maintained.
- Regular customer contact, holding regular meetings with key clients to ensure client satisfaction, build trust and confidence in the ability of Securitas Technology.
- Identify, manage, and take responsibility for resolving queries, complaints for designated client accounts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance business portfolio and services.
- Own the team, focusing on succession planning, recruitment, retention, engagement, and people development, with support from the HR Business Partners and Recruitment Partner.
- Maintain excellent working relationship with key business leaders and stakeholders.
- Any other duties as directed by the Regional Operation Manager.
Essential Skills
Specific Knowledge…
- A proven track record managing field service team in a fast-paced environment
- 5+ years working in electronic security industry
- Experience in managing multiple skilled engineering workforce
- National Security Inspectorate Requirements
- Proven ability to shift cultures to optimise productivity and client experience
- Experience in optimising Client Onboarding journeys
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office platforms
- Preferably held a supervisory or team leader position of responsibility for a service provider in the electronic security industry.
