With You are excited to be recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join them in the role of Senior People Partner, to shape, drive and lead our people and culture change agenda.
Our People team is undergoing a period of growth – it’s an exciting time to join us, as we strengthen our capacity to provide an exceptional People service to With You. The Senior People Partner is responsible for leading the regional People Partner team through sound management practices, involvement and engagement. Through the building of trusted partnerships at all levels, the postholder will help managers to develop more skilled, empowered and motivated teams that are engaged to support our organisational objectives.
As Senior People Partner, your key responsibilities will include:
- Line management of our regional People Partners – ensuring a shared understanding of strategic priorities and establishing collaborative working practices
- Championing change – working with our managers to enable them to embrace change and new ways of doing things
- Supporting with new business implementations – liaising with our People Transfer and Transitions Manager to ensure effective and innovative delivery of the People workstreams of new business implementations
- Coaching and developing our People team – identifying skills gaps, aligning development with our business plan and monitoring performance
- Working in partnership with our subject matter experts – this will include Recruitment; Reward; Communications Learning and Development, establishing good working relationships and collaborating on organisational projects
This is a truly hands-on role that will enable you to make a tangible difference to our leadership capabilities, improving performance and productivity and fostering better people management practices.
Please note that this is a home-based role, with some travel required.
