We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our friendly, professional team.

The beginning of the equity release journey starts in our customer engagement team where customers have the opportunity to discuss products available to them and book an appointment with an independent financial adviser. We are very fortunate that we have thousands of customers ready to engage with us online and over the telephone.

We are looking for a standout CET Sales Manager to join our management team in this department, to drive productivity and manage the day-to-day activity across the customer engagement teams.

Roles and Responsibilities of the Sales Manager:

  • To demonstrate and continuously embed the company values in every aspect of the role
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to leadership and management
  • To deliver an excellent telephone service direct to consumers through working with the customer engagement team
  • Coach, develop, and train new and experienced customer engagement agents
  • Work with the CET leadership to maximise agent performance across all contact channels through the analysis of customer touch points throughout the end-to-end journey
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to drive KPI’s
  • Attend and contribute to CET leadership meetings to provide relevant agent and customer insights
  • Ensure alignment of team communication across team huddles and monthly CET meetings
  • To effectively manage the service levels in place, drive productivity, maintain high quality monitoring scores, and ensure adherence to core KPI’s
  • To assess and meet the business requirements with agility based on fluctuation in demand and priorities
  • Ensure that clearly defined processes and controls are documented and followed for all the team’s activities

  • Experienced in quality monitoring and process improvement
  • Strong leadership skills and capable of leading and developing sales teams
  • Supportive management style with the ability to inspire sales teams to produce results
  • Great relationship building skills and confident when communicating with key stakeholders across the business
  • Experience of working in the financial services industry is preferred
