We are looking for a Product Administrator to join our team here at Key Group.

The main purpose of the role will be to maintain the provider products that are held within the product sourcing engine as part of the advice platform.

The successful Product Administrator will be the key point of contact between IT and the business to the advice platform and the product BAU (2nd) line support.

Main role and responsibilities of the Product Administrator:

  • Create, maintain, and archive products held within the Advice Platform
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all work is completed on time within our agreed team SLAs
  • Day-to-day management of BAU support tickets ensuring they are swiftly resolved as 2nd line support
  • Communicate and translate any product updates that are raised from the business
  • Ensure tasks completed are delivered to a high level of quality throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Maintain the Product paragraphs that are held within the Product Hierarchy for the Advice Platform
  • Draft and submit all product communications to the adviser workforce
  • Uphold excellent relationships with providers, our third-party development teams, and other key core business areas
  • Smoke test all product changes made in the Advice Platform, fortnightly releases that are deployed into higher environments to ensure the system is working as expected
  • Work closely/liaise with our Key/M2L relationship managers/product teams
  • Support the Delivery Lead and Product Owner in the analysis of new work which is required to enhance and maintain the products held in the Advice Platform

  • Proven ability in conducting meetings/workshops with key stakeholders to capture product requirements and gather all information required for build/test
  • Proven ability of translating ideas into tangible solutions
  • Previous experience of delivering systems/applications changes and testing experience is desirable
  • Delivering or working on multiple tasks with completing demands to stringent timeframes
  • Previous experience within a small to medium-sized company and/or financial services environment
  • Focused on delivering to deadlines at a high level of quality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly driven with the ambition to succeed
  • Self-motivated with the ability to produce high-quality work with minimum supervision
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
