We are recruiting for a Planning Analyst who is as passionate about customer service as we are. Our customer centre in Swindon is at the heart of our business, delivering first-class customer service to customers throughout the entire UK.

As a Planning Analyst you’ll be able to watch multiple call queues and chats, flagging advisers that may need support and escalating any performance impacts across our sales and service operation.

You will be comfortable working with lots of different data points presented through dashboards that show numerous call stats and adviser statuses, and quickly spot and prioritise action where required.

You will be able to assess and make quick decisions, being able to consider impact vs. benefit. A great communicator, you will be able to keep key stakeholders updated and appraised on call performance, escalating where appropriate.

As a Planning Analyst you will be able to embrace change and can reprioritise accordingly. In addition to this you will also have a keen sense of organisation and optimisation.

You will be an integral part of ensuring resources are scheduled in such a way to provide the best opportunity for contact demand to be met. Speaking of contact demand, you will also play a part in forecasting overall workload not just limited to call volumes and AHT.

You will also be provided the opportunity to contribute to the management/maintenance of the telephony platform itself.
