Physician / Anesthesiology / Mattoon, IL Anesthesiologist Needed in Mattoon, Illinois. Health Center is seeking an Anesthesiologist following an expansion and renovation of our surgery department. Join five other Anesthesiologists and 10 CRNAs in a stable and cohesive OR. Our OR has eight rooms, with seven running most of the time. Anesthesiologists do supervision of CRNAs, stepping into rooms as needed. All epidurals and regional blocks are currently done by the MDAs. Surgical specialties represented include: Orthopedics & Sports Medicine including spine; ENT; General & Vascular Surgery; Urology; OB/GYN; Dental; and Ophthalmology. We are a trauma level II facility and do bread and butter surgeries with no heads or open hearts. This is a hospital-employed position with a progressive and financially secure Health System.
