With You are excited to be recruiting for an experienced HR professional to join them in the newly created role of People Leadership Development Specialist, to shape, drive and lead our people and culture change agenda.
Our People team is undergoing a period of growth – it’s an exciting time to join us, as we strengthen our capacity to provide an exceptional People service to With You. This is a new role for With You – the People Leadership Development Specialist will work to develop and promote a learning culture across services and build psychological safety within our management teams. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of different learning styles and who is able to use evidence to inform development needs.
As People Leadership Development Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Designing and delivering Management learning opportunities – helping managers to feel confident in People Management responsibilities and enabling them to perform their jobs to the best of their ability
- Identifying management training and development needs – you will do this through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with managers and People Partners
- Developing and embedding an approach to user-centred design and change management – ensuring that our people are developed and upskilled to use this
- Working in partnership with our subject matter experts – this will include Recruitment; Reward; Communications Learning and Development, establishing good working relationships and collaborating on organisational projects
This is a truly hands-on role that will enable you to make a tangible difference to our leadership capabilities, improving performance and productivity and fostering better people management practices.
Please note that this is a home-based role, with some travel required.
