Due to continuous growth, our client are now expanding their team in Manchester and on the lookout for a Partnership Development Manager to join them!

What will I be responsible for?

As a Partnership Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be strategic account development focusing on managing some of our key relationships and grow overall revenue by enhancing the client experience and introducing new solutions.

You will be in client facing role with expectations that you will build independent relationships externally as well as building partnerships with internal stakeholders.  Other duties include:

  • Developing key relationships and support the delivery of the full sales cycle
  • Engaging with senior executives within organisations to advise them on how our panel approach and technology can assist them with their own customer and commercial activities.
  • Working closely with the Senior Management Teams and their project teams both internally and externally as business liaison to connect both commercial and technical elements.
  • Own and manage relationship management support for several of our most important partners
  • Develop the overall Account management vision and strategy for our key partners and work closely with the SMT on developing a blueprint that can be rolled out to the Group
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of those partners, based on building an ongoing understanding of their strategy and issues through research and current awareness
  • Accurately report on and maintain active visibility of partner activities in line with sales targets
  • Develop bespoke content programmes for partners and target our content appropriately
  • Work with the SMT and relevant departments on high-value pitch opportunities to increase our probabilities of winning
  • Develop plans, in collaboration with our Client and Sectors, and Global Market teams to raise awareness of our client solutions

You will proactively contribute to both maintaining and improving profitability and establishing great relationships, to achieve business objectives. You will act as a key player in the team, keeping up to date with industry news as well as being commercially risk aware.

Previous experience working in the personal finance market/banking sector and the paid acquisitions or marketing space would be beneficial.
