In this exciting role you will be joining a team of ten people who hold caseloads and work with those sleeping rough or in insecure accommodation, including emergency accommodation and hostels to offer harm reduction, assessment and access to a range of treatment options. As an Outreach Worker you will be meeting people in their space more often than in an office.

Please note this role is 5 days a week and including Saturdays on a rota basis.
Essential Skills
What we are looking for:
We are looking for a resilient and committed individual who has an understanding of the problems faced by individuals finding themselves homeless or in insecure accommodation and who enjoys a challenge. Experience of substance misuse would be beneficial though we will provide training. You will need to have a driving licence and your own transport as the post will include a good deal of driving. Working with We Are With You offers you a range of training and personal development opportunities in all aspects of substance use and trauma informed practice.
