We have an amazing opportunty for an experiunced opperational Support to work closely with the operational management teams and operational employees to provide key support to the contract through the constant management of contract service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). Duties will include the specific scheduling and rostering of operational personnel
To provide operational support to the contract National Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager, Airbus Filton by assisting in the development of the contract service provision through maintenance of records, contracts, IT systems, and general office duties.
- To be the first point of contact for operational employee queries.
- To assist in updating and maintaining customer information as required.
- Ensure that all rostering is accurate to ensure minimal pay queries, no dropped shifts, and that accurate invoices may be produced and despatched within required timescales.
- Administration of any reporting processes required by the National Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager Filton.
- To maintain staff HR records and personnel files appropriately for the contract as required.
- Take detailed notes on any issues including investigations / disciplinaries / capability-performance / etc., ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Assist in the management of all direct and indirect costs to ensure these match the requirements for the effective operation of the contract including recruitment, training, expenses etc.
- Ensure accuracy of all operational data, and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise, and taking action where needed.
- Support the contract with the preparation of audit and compliance reporting.
- Assist in the recruitment and succession planning to ensure that the contract has the capability to deliver consistent high levels of service and contingency.
- To be aware of, and (with the assistance of support functions) ensure all staff and officers in the contract comply with all aspects of Securitas policies and procedures and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, demonstrating appropriate levels of control.
- To actively participate and support the development of the contract through involvement in the development of the Securitas strategy through involvement with company and area initiatives and projects.
- To carry out reasonable requests from the contract, client and senior management team including support during emergency and unusual situations.
Any other duties as directed by the Airbus contract account senior management team.

Essential Skills
- Valid SIA frontline licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
- The successful applicant will be required to successfully obtain Security Clearance (failure will impact any potential offer for the position).
- Good natural communicator both written and oral and able to transcend multiple cultures and interact effectively at all
- Working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
- Must have a full clean driving licence.
- Good standard of IT skills including Microsoft package ie. Word, Excel, Outlook
- Able to evidence strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise.
Desired Skills
- Experience in using rostering systems ie. Timegate.
- Previous experience within the Security Industry.
