We are looking for an experienced New Business Development Manager to join our ambitious Packaging Team, from first contact through to successful transition your focus will be on developing new opportunities.
Our approach is creating long-term relationship, as the New Business Development Manager you need the ability to integrate your way in with new customers, build strong relationships and develop solutions to their problems whilst maximising your sales.
You must have previous experience in winning new business and be proactive in maintaining your own customer base. Training will be provided to develop your product and system knowledge further.
- Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers, nurturing throughout the customer lifecycle and ensuring activity and performance is monitored.
- Maintain and support existing customer accounts and encourage growth by recommending solutions to our customers.
- Ensure pro-active account planning across the pipeline, targeting activity linked to the plans, opportunities, maximising sales and product penetration.
- Lead negotiations with potential and existing customers to determine price structures, contract terms and payment conditions in line with the Antalis Commercial model and maximising benefits to both parties.
- Build strong relationships with decision makers and current customers while delivering exceptional customer experience to promote Antalis and achieved preferred supplier status.
- Actively utilise CRM within normal working practices, updating customer contact in real time and clearly setting out action plans, calendar activity and tasks to facilitate an exceptional customer experience.
- Operate as the face of Antalis, delivering high quality presentations and proposals through engagements with senior stakeholders and prospective and new customers.
- Identify and research target markets using internet, trade publications and existing sales contacts to develop the solutions business.
