An exciting opportunity has become available to work within our growing Venture Onward Service. We have full time or part-time roles available for Mental Health Reablement Workers based in Brighton and Hove.

We provide bespoke, community-based support packages to individuals with a complex need, including a mental health diagnosis and autism spectrum disorder. Our clients may have spent an extended period on hospital or other setting.
We work with a person-centred approach; empowering individuals to become as independent as possible within their own home.
Your role as a Mental Health Reablement Worker will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.

Additional Information
Full-time or part-time Mental Health Reablement Worker roles available. Travelling within the Brighton area. Typically 8 or 9-hour shifts, up until 8pm and including weekend rotation.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A willingness to go the extra mile.
- You should have a flexible approach that respects individual differences with an ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative.
Desired Skills
It would be desirable for you to have had experience of supporting a person(s) with a mental health condition and within a community-based services.
