The NFDA are now looking to expand their team through the recruitment of a Membership Relations Manager.

Your New Role

We are looking for a Membership Relations Manager to retain current membership levels and to sign-up new members. In your new role, you will take responsibility for:

  • Retain current membership levels via site visits, communications & events.
  • Promote and signup new NFDA members.
  • Promote additional services, such as ‘Drive my Career’ etc. to members.
  • Liaise with the London office on a regular basis to update membership and administration issues (At times you will be required to stay overnight to accommodate distant visits, at the company’s expense).

  • Full UK driving licence is essential
  • Able to communicate at a high level
  • Ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and professionalism
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Able to strategically self-manage and plan working week

In return for your hard work and keen eye for detail, the successful Membership Relations Manager will be entitled to a competitive basic salary of £32,000 plus commission and benefits.

The National Franchised Dealers Association (NFDA) represents the interest of franchised vehicle dealers in the UK.  Our members make up over 80% of the UK’s 4900 franchised car sales outlets, representing around 40 manufacturers franchises.

As well as providing fully comprehensive business support to franchised dealers, the NFDA regularly liaises with parliament both in the UK and Europe to ensure the best possible outcome for the industry.
