We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Analyst to provide cross-functional support to the Insight & Planning Team.
After an initial training period at our Marlow head office, you will be given the flexibility of hybrid working.
The ideal candidate with be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, have a strong attention to detail, and an aptitude for insight & data.

What’s involved in this Junior Marketing Analyst role?
Planning
- Developing a working knowledge of data sources and techniques to solve client targeting objectives.
- Interpreting targeting briefs to provide the best solution to achieve client objectives.
- Producing rankings, profile and maps using GIS (Geographical Information System) software.
Reporting and Analysis
- Providing analysis and insight to add value and inform action on the basis of the campaign performance reports.
- Conducting analysis on campaign performance showing trends, analysis, learnings and actionable recommendations and provide regular performance reports.
- Producing overall market insight reports and supporting sales & client services with new client pitches.
Schedule production for bookings
- Preparing optimised schedules for media activity.
- Liaising with Client Services and Royal Mail teams to process bookings efficiently.
- Presenting media bookings with expected key metrics where required.

Additional Information
This Junior Marketing Analyst role may involve occasion travel to other sites and off-site meetings. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. Shift times will vary between 8am-5.30pm according to the needs of the business.
Essential Skills
- Educated to A-level or equivalent (i.e. Level 3 qualification).
- Keen interest in media and communications.
- Attention to detail and strong evaluation and analytical skills – Able to analyse and interpret data, compare and contrast results, spot trends, draw conclusions, think creatively and make recommendations accordingly.
- Proactive problem-solving, time management and organisational skills.
- Strong business administration skills.
- Able to work collaboratively in a small team. Self-motivated, with a willingness and drive to develop in order to deliver excellence.
- Good verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate complex information effectively when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at a range of levels.
Desired Skills
- Experience in media, advertising, or marketing sectors
- Degree or equivalent in a related field (e.g., business, maths, economics, marketing or media/communications).
