As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing change and improvement projects, delivering process improvements, and developing new enquiries from Customer Liaison through to production of low volume components.

You will be working with components ultimately destined for some high tech brands such as Jaguar Land Rover, UK based supercar manufacturers, Spectrum Medical, Volvo, Virgin and more. Powdertech is positioned to partner with manufacturers operating at the leading edge of future technologies.

Essential Skills

To be successful in this role, you should have industry experience in surface finishing or similar process-driven industry, proven experience of getting results and of getting projects up and running under your own initiative, and passionate about doing meticulous work. For this role you need to have CAD competence in either 2D or 3D, and a proven record of reading technical drawings, and Project Management experience. LEAN/Six Sigma training and relevant qualification is highly desirable!
