With You have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Learning Content Lead to join us, managing the creation and curation of accessible self-service content which will enhance workforce knowledge and the understanding of key concepts and processes. If you are looking to join a values-driven, forward thinking charity and have the passion and expertise to quickly make an impact in our services, we’d love to hear from you.

The postholder will be responsible for overseeing a clear process for how we design learning solutions to solve organisational challenges, making use of data and evidence to assess the impact of different learning content and approaches. We are passionate about ensuring that our colleagues have access to engaging, informative learning content, so you will ensure that all our learners know what’s available and how to get the most out of learning at With You. Working with our clinical leads and subject matter experts, you will map core information across relevant standards and competencies – including substances, mental health, our different therapeutic interventions and best practice ways of working.

We have some exciting plans in the pipeline. As part of this role, you will support the migration and implementation of a new learning platform and will lead a small team to support the development of content which will improve our performance, capability and ways of working. This is a truly hands-on role that will enable you to make a tangible difference to our colleagues, ensuring that our learning content meets the core competencies and training standards agreed across our different roles and allows us to achieve the compliance targets set for the organisation.

Please note that this is a home-based role.

You will be proficient in leading projects that deliver high quality learning solutions. You will have demonstrable experience of designing and developing writing accessible and user-centred content, using authoring tools such as the Articulate suite, along with a strong understanding of how to meet user needs based on evidence. We are looking for an exceptional communicator, who possesses the ability to turn complex information into plain English and can influence others effectively. It is important that you are ready to build meaningful working relationships with our key stakeholders quickly in order to drive change and manage conflicting priorities.
