To achieve their growth ambitions, our client is looking to support a driven Junior CRM Growth Executive to build a robust knowledge of this growing business and help showcase their platform capabilities and help them take their B2B partnerships to new heights. They already work with the likes of Asda, Argos, Sainsburys and Shop Direct, and they’re now striving to connect with more businesses to expand their embedded finance proposition.
Our client have temporary and permanent positions available.

Overall purpose of the role:
As a Junior CRM Growth Executive, you’ll be supporting with the CRM activity for some of their key B2B partnerships and helping to accelerate the growth of these accounts. Working within their Marketplace and New Business Squad, you’ll support the CRM Growth Manager and Head of Group Partnership Integration with setting up and building partner D2C CRM campaigns as well as tracking and reporting on performance. Optimisation testing to make sure they’re capitalising on every single growth opportunity will also be a key part of this role.

You’ll need a head for numbers and an eye for a stellar marketing campaign. You’ll also need to be a problem solver who is capable of seeking outgrowth opportunities and doesn’t shy away from a challenge. Previous CRM experience and knowledge of the finance industry would be an advantage but isn’t a deal-breaker for someone who truly shines.
