We are looking for someone to assist with our existing finance operations as Finance Assistant and support the team in providing to the rest of the business reliable, accurate, and up to date information.

If you are analytical, have a basic understanding of accounting, and have experience using Excel, read on to find out how you can develop your skills and join our team based in South Wonston.

The main functions of this Finance Assistant role will be involved in sales and purchase ledger tasks, including reactive and proactive debt chasing, processing customer credit applications, monitoring of credit ratings and limits, and entering of supplier invoices. All the while delivering and maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction that the industry has to offer!

In addition, there will be regular and ad hoc reports to be completed and fed back to the relevant part of the business.

Desired Skills

If you already have experience in finance this is a bonus, but certainly not essential. We use NetSuite as our ERP system, so previous experience of using this is good, but if not, training will be provided.
