Responsibilities of a Fabric Engineer:
- To perform planned and reactive building maintenance tasks on residential, commercial, and educational properties
- To ensure buildings are operated and maintained in accordance with both relevant legislation and Cinderella operating procedures
- Provide accurate information and work reports (including pictures), utilising the Jobwatch app
- To communicate operational issues to the team leader and proactively request support when required

Essential Skills
- Hold a recognised building fabric qualification (carpentry & joinery, plumbing or electrical) at, or equivalent to C&G, / NVQ level 2
- Experience of working within building services / facilities management environments
- Understanding of statutory compliance legislation
- Have good people management, decision-making, and communications skills.
Desired Skills
Experience working in a commercial setting is desirable but not essential for this Fabric Engineer role.
