Here’s a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Duty Manager to join the friendly team at First Response Group for a high-profile event space based in central London.

Successful candidates will be responsible for managing all security personnel & the day-to-day delivery of the site operations, by offering one point of operational Supervision on a 24/7 basis

Key responsibilities include:

  • To protect the integrity, security and safety of the site, its employees, guests, and visitors
  • Protect the company’s assets against theft, assault, fire, & other safety issues
  • Investigate security breaches, incidents, and other alarming behaviour
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents within designated areas promptly & according to policy
  • Complete reports & record observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations
  • Ensure health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
  • Deliver high levels of customer service consistently demonstrating the core values of First Response Group

Must be able to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern on both Days and Nights

Essential Skills

  • Must have a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Must have a valid CCTV Operators Licence
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Fully comprehensive 5-year work/unemployment/education history screenable to BS7858
  • Must have demonstrable experience working in a similar role in high-profile / high-footfall environments
  • Have a high level of self-presentation
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • High levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Competent in MS Word, Excel and Email (Outlook)
