Due to increased business growth, we are looking to appoint a Digital Technical Analyst to join our busy IT department.

The role will provide 2nd and 3rd line support for all IT services for KR Group, helping our busy service desk support our colleagues.

As a Digital Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of project tasks varying from application / infrastructure upgrades through to onboarding new technology solutions across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities, manage stakeholders, and ensure new services are documented and ready for support. As a growing team we are continuously looking for better ways to work and you will be expected and encouraged to contribute at all levels.

Main roles and responsibilities of the Digital Technical Analyst: 

  • Provide excellent customer service through our multi-channel service desk.
  • Ensure all work is logged and updated in our ITSM tool. 
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations with frequent updates on progress. 
  • Ensure the Change and Problem management processes are followed and supported with clear communications and update.
  • Escalate issues to 3rd parties and take ownership to ensure timely solutions. 
  • Manage Key Group owned Infrastructure and work with our 3rd parties to deliver our Managed Service elements.

Essential Skills

Key knowledge, skills, and experience: 

  • Strong customer service skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. 
  • ITIL Foundation qualified or demonstrable experience 

Exposure to the majority of, or all of the following:

  • Mac OSX
  • Azure Active Directory
  • MS Exchange 2019
  • MS Office 365 product suite
  • MS Dynamics CRM,
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Avaya Telephony Platforms, AAAD
  • MS Intune remote device management
