Smart Recruit Online is a VC-backed RecTech SaaS venture looking for a motivated Digital Sales Executive to join our award-winning company.

This is a great opportunity with OTE of £55k, that would suit candidates with a talent for building relationships, which can translate their excellent communication skills into great results.

Your role as a Digital Sales Executive will be to win new logos, the lifeblood of any rapid growth business.

To help you succeed, we have a well-oiled digital marketing machine and a great team of SDRs helping to build your pipeline.

On top of this, we also have a brilliant client success team to ensure that once you win a customer’s trust, they are loved forever and keep coming back for more.

This is a full-time hybrid working position; working from our Corby office 3 days a week to cultivate great working relationships with the rest of the team and get involved in our lively and welcoming company culture. We know this style of working does not suit everybody, so you are welcome to work from the office more regularly if you would prefer.

As a Digital Sales Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing discovery calls with pre-qualified leads
  • Demonstrating our software and solution to prospects
  • Creating custom subscriptions based on individual client needs
  • Closing deals
  • Partnering with client success to onboard your new business
  • Working with marketing to refine our sales story and messaging
  • Interpreting the evolution of clients demands to feed into the product development pipeline
