We have another new opportunity to support on-going growth within our digital transformation strategy and rapidly growing marketing team, as a Digital Marketing Manager based in Coalville.

We are looking for a marketing professional with experience across the full breadth of digital disciplines where you will play a key role in supporting the development and delivery of two new transactional websites (Project MI-2).

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will also be involved with planning and executing digital marketing activity and campaigns across inspirational and ecommerce websites, optimising content and landing experiences for targeted audiences, marketing automation, PPC and SEO, and monitoring and reporting on the performance of digital campaigns whilst providing digital support and advice to key stakeholders around the business.

You will be reporting to the Digital Lead and working closely with the wider marketing team and other colleagues (including HQ based in Paris) to deliver activities and initiatives in support of our wider marketing and business strategies.

This role would suit a confident team player who is highly organised, results-driven, and displays excellent attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Share ownership and accountability of all things digital marketing across key business sectors
  • Support the development and deployment of new websites (Project MI-2) to the UK and the Irish markets
  • Create, deploy, and monitor online content using our CMS and e-commerce systems
  • Influence and assist with the creation, deployment, and monitoring of emails to customers and prospects using our email platform
  • Support with the build, implementation, management, and reporting of paid lead generation activity e.g. PPC, paid social
  • Influence and assist the designing and building of automated marketing campaigns to provide autonomous on-going engagement with new leads and existing customers
  • Design, build, and use landing pages to support our lead generation and sales activities
  • Work closely with CRM and marketing teams to ensure correct use of data across campaign activity
  • Use analytics and other tools to track, analyse, and produce regular reports showing effective performance and ROAS/ROI
  • Collaborate with the wider marketing team and business to improve the impact of campaigns, projects, and communications
  • Use and share industry best practices to deliver the best for our visitors and customers
  • Some agency management will be required to deliver high-impact, cost-effective content and campaigns
  • Assist in the development of processes to streamline activity and efficiencies across the digital and wider marketing team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members and stakeholders across the business
  • Work closely with Head Office to ensure campaigns are delivered to group best practice

Essential Skills

  • Experience using Google Analytics, Adwords, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and SEO tools (Search Console, Screaming Frog, Moz, SEM Rush. Ahrefs etc)
  • Good level use of CMS (e.g. Jahia, WordPress, Hubspot, Umbraco etc)
  • Be technically competent with website hierarchy, architecture, and have good basic SEO knowledge
  • Good knowledge of HTML (CSS and JavaScript a bonus)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite 
  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop) is desirable 
  • Excellent organisational planning skills with a very high level of attention to detail 

Desired Skills

  • An IDM, CIM / other relevant (marketing) qualification is desirable, but not essential to this Digital Marketing Manager role
  • Experienced with use of email / marketing automation platforms – Eloqua is desirable but experience with other platforms will be considered e.g. Pure360, Dotmailer, Hubspot, Mapp etc.
