Would you like to play a pivotal role, as the Demand Generation Manager, in a High Growth Series A Scaleup (Multi-Award-Winning) technology company?

Smart Recruit Online is a VC-backed RecTech SaaS venture looking for a performance-focused demand generation marketer to join us.

This is a fabulous opportunity to work within a high-performing team, within an innovative technology environment, that is focused on solving the biggest challenges affecting company talent attraction and acquisition.

You will operate in a senior role within a small results-focused marketing team, working alongside the VP of Marketing to fuel and accelerate pipeline creation, new client acquisition, and business growth, the lifeblood of any rapidly scaling business.

As part of an ambitious, results-focused marketing department, you’ll enjoy the challenge and responsibility for demand creation program planning and execution across a range of channels. You’ll also assist in digitizing our customer journey and product experience alongside our brilliant Customer Success team.

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Strategically plan, promote, execute, report, and optimise demand generation programs
  • Deliver campaigns across multiple channels (paid search, paid media, social media, email marketing, events, and webinars, etc)
  • Write and produce landing pages, email assets, ad copy, and webinar content to support the execution of campaigns
  • Create, manage, and execute account-based marketing programs in partnership with marketing and sales teams to drive pipeline volume and velocity
  • Partner with sales to ensure campaign alignment, lead management, and execution
  • Understand the buyer personas and target marketing activities along the buying cycle
  • Assist in content planning and creation to support campaign activity
  • Manage demand-generation activity to budget effectively across multiple channels of engagement
  • Support and mentor other team members as required

Desired Skills

  • 3-5 years demand generation experience with marketing programs (email campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, content, social media, etc.)
  • Experience using Salesforce and marketing automation solutions (Pardot preferred)
  • Experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft preferred
  • Experience in building, launching, and reporting on campaigns
  • The ability to multitask, prioritize issues/escalations, and manage many projects simultaneously
  • Experience account-based marketing strategies and tactics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • High growth and funded start-up/scaleup experience desirable
