London City Bond Ltd is looking for a driven, hardworking individual to join our administration department on a part-time basis located at our head office in Barking.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be joining our busy and fast-paced Customer Services team at our head office in Barking.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2.30pm.

This Customer Service Administrator role offers £11.00 per hour and 22.5 hours a week.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Processing of customers’ orders
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Customer Service Manager
  • Producing reports for customers
  • Liaising with the warehouse management team to ensure customer targets are achieved
  • General office duties including filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.

This Customer Service Administrator role would suit candidates with skills or experience in customer service, admin, reporting, IT, data input, filing, Excel, word processing, or previous experience as a Customer Service Administrator.

Essential Skills

  • Experience in an office/administrative environment
  • Knowledge and experience in the application of all aspects of Information Technology including spreadsheets, databases, and word processing
  • Rapid and accurate data input skills
  • Ability to ensure both accuracy and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to dealing with customers’ needs
  • Good written standard of the English language
  • Ability to establish good working relationships with others and have good interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to working as a member of a team
  • Experience and ability to work consistently under pressure
