Here at NoteMachine, we are recruiting for an experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our busy team in Crickhowell. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

What will I be responsible for?

As our Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining the excellent relationship NoteMachine has with its independent customer accounts and building strong relationships with new customers.

You will act as the first point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, handling a range of queries from service and maintenance requirements to commissions and fee payments or general contractual enquiries. You will be required to build a solid understanding of the customer’s needs and requirements, as well as the businesses operations to ensuring they receive first-class customer service at all times.

Who are we looking for?

To be our successful Customer Relations Manager, you will be self-motivated, with a passion for customer service and always willing to go the extra mile for a customer. You will have excellent personal skills and be a confident communicator through all mediums (email, telephone, face to face), with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a large customer base.

Ideally you will have experience in a customer services background, either in retail or sales, and understand what makes great customer service. You will have good computer skills and be able to use the Microsoft Office package (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook) confidently and with minimum supervision.

It would be a distinct advantage if you have experience handling customer accounts in a busy sales environment, but full training would be provided to the successful candidate from other backgrounds to ensure you have the best tools to deliver for our customers.
