London City Bond Ltd is looking for a driven, hardworking individual to join us a Customer Claims Administrator in our administration/claims department located at our head office in Barking.

As a Customer Claims Administrator, you will be joining a small but fast-paced team at our head office in Barking.

The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08.00am to 17.00pm.

This Customer Claims Administrator role offers £22,880 (£11.00 per hour), with 1-hour unpaid lunch break. Overtime flat rate is £16.50 per hour, over 40 hours a week.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Responding to emails and answering telephone calls
  • General office duties; filing, scanning, photocopying, etc.
  • Processing of customers’ deliveries
  • Data entry onto our internal database
  • Cross-referencing customs documents to ensure goods meet the legal requirements
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner
  • Supporting the Goods Inward Manager
  • Producing reports for customers

This Customer Service Administrator role would suit candidates with skills or experience in customer service, customs, admin, reporting, IT, data input, filing, Excel, and word processing.
