We are looking for a Credit Controller to join our super busy Accounts team. You will use your credit control skills to ensure customer debts are settled promptly and queries are dealt with efficiently.

The position is part-time (25 hours per week) and is predominantly home-based, with some days spent working in the office with the rest of the team.

As Credit Controller, you will be chasing debts from both individuals and businesses. Reporting to the Head of Group Finance, you will be responsible for credit control over multiple entities, in accordance with the credit control procedure. You will ensure our learners are supported with payment options and, where necessary, debt is passed over to our debt collection agency in a timely manner.

Future Fit Training has a complex sales ledger with learners being offered several different payment options for their training courses. You will therefore be dealing with multiple organisations to resolve queries to ensure debt is collected in the most efficient way.

This role would suit candidates with experience as a Credit Controller, Accounts Assistant, Bookkeeper, Credit Manager, Collections Specialist, Credit Control Administrator, or similar role. If this sounds like you, apply today!
