We are looking for a Commercial Systems Manager responsible for the proactive management of our commercial data

Reporting to the UK Chief Commercial Officer as part of the Commerial Leadership team

This role plays a pivotal role in the future of Securitas by ensuring that our commercial systems are utilised for business efficiency and commercial risk management.

This role is responsible for our internal customer relationship management tool, which is a Microsoft Dynamics system.

Whilst the role is not a progamming or IT specialist role, you will need to have experience of working with microsoft platforms to create reports and dashboards that will elevate the way we use our customer information.

The Commercial Systems Manager will facilitate and enhance visibility and continuous improvements in business performance.

This is a perfect role for someone that enjoys data analytics, systems, behaviour change and customer excellence.

You will support the UK business to facilitate their customer relationship management and continuous business improvement. Responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data, by regularly reviewing and developing users skills and understanding. 

Another element of this role will be supporting sales activities by demonstrating system services to commercial managers, sales managers, operational managers and anyone else responsible for managing relationships with customers

Taking ownership for our in house Risk Assessment tool and being the main point  of contact at a technical system level, supporting all stakeholders to ensure the tool is utilised and the content within it is regularly updated.

Taking the lead on our Commercial O365, including sharepoint environments, ensuring content is up to date and that best use of systems functionality is being utilised.

This is a hybrid role and will be required to work in the office for collaboration purposes. The office that you work in could be any of our UK offices to suit your location
