We are expanding our team in the Lord’s Tavern and have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie and Sous Chef who are passionate about producing high-quality food to join our friendly, professional team.

The Role

  • Produce a constant high standard and presentation of food
  • Assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene, and safety records
  • Assist in ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is maintained within the kitchen
  • Communicate within the team to ensure they all understand the parameters of the business through the Head Chef objectives
  • Assist in communication of any food, equipment, and logistic requirements in good time prior to all service times
