  • already be based in or near the Forest of Dean, Gloucestershire, England, with the existing right to work in the United Kingdom as VISA SPONSORHIP IS NOT OFFERED, and RELOCATION IS NOT AVAILABLE
  • hold a FULL UK DRIVING LICENSE and have access to a car

A Care Assistant role with Caremark will allow you to flexibly plan work around your life and will offer you the opportunity to develop your career in care. Full, free training is provided, and as soon as you get the care certificate, you’ll get a £125 bonus.

Caremark Care Assistants are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our customers in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence.

You would be expected to travel to the customer’s home and assist them with daily tasks that are agreed upon when creating a care plan. The type of support that you can expect to be providing is no different to what would reasonably be given by a member of the person’s family.

These could include but are not limited to:

  • personal care
  • domestic support
  • assistance with shopping
  • assistance with medication
  • assistance with meal preparation

This Care Assistant role would suit candidates with experience or an interest in developing their skills in the following areas: Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker, Healthcare, Homecare, Domiciliary, HCA.

Rounds available throughout the Forest of Dean and South Herefordshire. Full and part-time positions available, however school hours are not offered.
