At IN-SYNC, we’re passionate about helping self-employed people with their finances and making sure they’re getting everything they’re entitled to, which includes processing their tax submissions, helping them register for VAT to receive current and historic rebates, early access to rebates, payroll services and more.

We work directly with our self-employed customers but we also partner with and provide services to, contractor businesses – predominantly within the logistics and construction sectors but also any industry that operates a self-employed workforce.

As a Business Development Manager for In-Sync Group you’ll actively pursue new business across the UK enabling our continued successful growth.  You’ll work closely with other departments in the business

The Role

  • Be actively involved in building the annual sales and financial targets.
  • Create a strong and continuous pipeline of active leads and opportunities.
  • Actively pursue sales leads and develop strong new business relationships.
  • Understand the IN-SYNC GROUP Channel Partners strategy, how it works and the benefits it brings to the group.
  • Present weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
  • Deeply understand the client’s needs and their expectations.
  • Develop and prepare the client pitch and closing sale strategy.
  • Identify new sectors for growth in the industry.
  • Work effectively with other departments within the Group to maintain excellent standards of service.
  • Hold an excellent level of understanding and knowledge of In-Sync’s products and services.
  • Provide feedback to the business; industry news, innovations, marketing initiatives and competitor information gathered in your day-to-day business interactions.

Salary Includes £5k Car Allowance. Uncapped Commissions with a realistic OTE of £100,000. Our working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.30pm, and Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm. All applications require the right to work in the UK; we don’t currently hold a license to provide work sponsorship.

Essential Skills

  • 4-5 years’ experience & a proven track-record in new business B2B field sales.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal.
  • Strong client management skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Capable of hands-on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail.
  • UK driving license with own car.
  • Research and analyse new business opportunities.
  • Proven track record in exceeding targets.
  • Ability to work confidently with financial data within a commercial environment
