With You are recruiting for an enthusiastic and creative individual to join them in the role of Brand and Digital Officer on a fixed term contract until July 2024, to support the delivery of our marketing and communications strategy. This role will join our evolving Marketing and Communications directorate, an innovative team of people who are committed to raising the profile of With You and connecting with our stakeholders in new ways. This is a remote working role, with some travel required to our London office and services nationally. The postholder will support the delivery of our brand and digital activities, through working with internal and external stakeholders to implement a variety of projects and tasks, including campaigns, supporter engagement, social media, content and reporting. As well as this, you will:
- Champion the With You brand, supporting the consistent and efficient delivery of marketing collateral across a variety of channels, ensuring adherence to brand processes and guidelines
- Support the development and maintenance of With You’s digital channels, including social media, website and our Brand Centre
- Coordinate projects and campaigns, including high-quality administration and liaison with external suppliers and agencies
- Assist with day-to-day brand and digital activities and provide broad administrative support to the wider team, which could include, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, traffic management and reporting

We’re looking for demonstrable experience working in a similar environment, including producing digital content and campaigns, as well as working with web platforms and graphic design. Applicants should have strong visual design judgement, along with excellent writing and copy editing skills. You will also have the ability to use data analytics to produce reports and identify key trends and opportunities. This is a busy team, with multiple priorities ongoing and huge plans for growth, so it’s important that you are a collaborative individual and able to manage your time effectively.
