This is a great time to be part of Key as it builds on its market-leading status in the later life lending market. We are looking to make the critical appointment of a hands-on Brand and Advertising Manager.

The successful candidate will have a demonstrable track record of campaign development in Above The Line (ATL) channel marketing delivery.

The Brand and Advertising Manager will play a leading role in positioning Key as the leading later life finance company and will shape customer brand recognition across all Key Group’s brands (Key Group, Key Equity Release, The Equity Release Experts, Air) as well assisting partner organisations entering the later life lending market.

Key activities of the Brand and Advertising Manager:

  • Responsible for brand and advertising across all ATL channels; BRTV, DRTV, Press, and Direct Response Press
  • Planning, developing, and implementing marketing communications to drive enquiry and appointment volume whilst reflecting the new brand positioning
  • Work with the Director of Brand and Advertising developing ATL marketing strategy for the Brand; defining the customer journey and embedding the company’s purpose and identity across all comms

Essential Skills

  • Significant experience developing and delivering multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Experience leading multi-functional teams responsible for delivering time-pressured and business-critical change
  • Experience managing third party agencies – both media and creative – with demonstrable positive results
  • Channel management experience with evidence of improvement delivered through testing and learning
  • Financial services experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite
