Westerly Yeovil (BMW), are now looking for a full time BMW Sales Manager to manage and drive performance within our retail sales department.

What will I be responsible for?

  • Maximise the sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products.
  • Achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Developing, managing and refining vehicle sales policies.
  • Ensuring the optimum stock of vehicles.
  • Assisting the Head of Business in maintaining franchise operational standards.
  • Achieving and exceeding BMW and Helston targets
  • The development of the Sales Executives within the team to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Support the Sales Executives in negotiating the terms of an agreement and support the closure of sales.
  • Gathering Market and customer Information.
  • Carrying out one to one performance reviews monthly.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate…

  • Current or very recent experience in a similar role within a main automotive dealership environment.
  • A desire to make the sales team one of the strongest performing teams in the Westerly division and retailer network with a clear determination to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s.
  • A detailed understanding of automotive sales processes.
  • A well organised individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • The capability to quickly establish and build relationships by demonstrating a professional and organised approach.
  • The ability to analyse data to identify opportunity and drive performance.
