We have a fantastic opportunity for qualified Vehicle Technicians to join our team at BMW/MINI Bristol and work with one of the most exciting and prestigious brands, in some of the industry’s finest facilities.

Our Technicians benefit from an uncapped bonus, contributory pension scheme and private healthcare after a qualifying period. We have competitive basic salaries for our Vehicle Technicians and offer a fantastic training programme with the BMW and MINI brands, to ensure that you are up-to-date with the latest technology and models. We are happy to discuss salary with applicants, as we want to ensure we reward experience and qualifications with a fair basic salary, as well as allowing our Technicians to have a fantastic earning potential with our uncapped bonus.

When you join our team, you will be working in a family-run company who have a passion for getting things right the first time and putting our customers first. Your role will include:

  • Servicing and repairing vehicles
  • Diagnosing faults and operating with a “getting things right first time” attitude
  • Carrying out professional and informational CitNow videos for customers
  • Maintaining high safety and cleanliness standards in the workshop
  • Working with the wider Aftersales team to deliver exceptional service to our customers
