Our BMW and MINI dealerships in Bristol is looking for a Parts Advisor to join our customer-centric team and contribute to the success of the dealership. If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.
The ideal candidate will possess the desire to learn, a passion for cars and be a great communicator with both customers and colleagues. We are looking for a highly organised individual who appreciates that detail is everything and embraces the values of both the Dick Lovett Group, BMW and MINI.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
- Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
- Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.
- Packing and loading Parts correctly

Essential Skills
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience of working in a Parts department in a franchised dealership
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
The successful candidate will be assisting with all aspects of running the Parts Department including being a primary contact on the phones to a busy trade business, working through repair procedures and identifying correct parts needed for technicians, receiving and binning parts deliveries, maintaining the department’s cleanliness and assisting in van deliveries when required.
