Do you have experience working with clients and focusing on customer service excellence?

We are looking for an Automotive Account Executive to join our Automotive Team, supporting our clients and ensuring their needs and requirements are met.

You will be required to support the National Account Manager in the management of the portfolio of existing accounts and be a secondary line of contact for our customers. The Automotive Account Executive will provide information needed to ensure vehicles are managed effectively through the remarketing process.

As an Automotive Account Manager, you will be working with other areas of Copart to support the allocation of vehicles and maintain records of updated information to ensure reporting data is accurate and current. These reports will provide MI and auction data in both pre-auction and post-auction.

As part of this role, you will be contributing to our continuous improvement attributes and improving current processes and procedures so we can meet our client’s SLAs.
