This is a Monday to Friday role working 09:00 to 17:00

Part time hours also available

Hybrid Working from either Glasgow or Belfast 

 

Responsibilities of an Area Operations Admin Support/Scheduler:

Providing detailed and accurate rostering and scheduling to ensure minimal pay queries, no dropped shifts and that accurate invoices are produced and despatched within required timescales.

Provide operational support, work closely with the Senior Management Team.

First point of contact for security personnel queries and ensure customer information records are updated and maintained.

Ensure all personnel have undertaken the appropriate training and have been issued with an SIA licence or LDN to meet industry requirements in order to be deployed.

Assist in the management of all direct and indirect costs to ensure these match the requirements for the effective operation of the Branches.

Ensure accuracy of all operational data; and regularly review and report on progress, highlighting any risk of significant variances as they arise, taking action where needed.

Effectively manage data inputted onto the payroll systems, including pay adjustments and pay queries.

Liaise with various departments regarding staff related matters i.e. payroll, personnel file management, leavers and joiners / pensions & benefits.

Carry out general Office administrative duties.

Provide statistics based on information required for any monthly reports as directed.

Assist with training, ensure any advice and support is provided to make the team successful.

Any other duties as directed by the Area Manager.

Essential Skills

  • Right to Work in the UK with a 5 year checkable history.
  • Must have a full clean driving licence.
  • High standards of IT skills.
  • Able to evidence strong customer service skills.
  • Proven Customer service experience with excellent customer focus.
  • Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise with evidence of excellent administrative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • The capability to work under pressure, multitask with a variety of challenges.

Desired Skills

  • SIA Frontline Licence or willingness train to achieve it.
  • Background in operational service delivery.
  • Experience & knowledge within a support function covering activities such as Administration, Training, Recruitment, HR and Welfare.
  • Experience around operational roster systems.
