We are looking for experienced Administrator to join our team in the NW10 area.
Your new role
We’re looking for committed and motivated person to provide administration support to one of our Property Services teams. Joining our team as an Administrator, you will be carrying out varied administration duties including:
- Answering customer queries via telephone and email
- Managing operatives’ diaries
- Providing administration support and carrying out ad hoc project and administration duties
- Liaising with our clients and contractors
- Dealing with outgoing post
- Data entry
Essential Skills
Our ideal Administrator
The successful candidate must have:
- Proven experience in administration within a commercial/ social housing environment
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
- Exceptional customer service
- High level of IT skills, including knowledge and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Be a strong team player
- Can do attitude
