Our Administration Manager role sits within the Talking Therapies leadership structure.  This service offers evidence-based treatments which focus on supporting people with their mental health, talking with a trained and experienced mental health professional. Whilst the type of therapy may vary, they all share the same objective: to help you improve your mental health.

You will be a collaborative leader with the ability to build effective relationships along with good analytical skills with an eye for detail. The successful postholder will  provide oversight of the Talking Therapies Administrative Team’s work and be accountable for their processes, performance and governance. You will provide line management to all administration staff attached to the services, and ensure safe and effective administrative processes are in place and are being followed.  Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about what we do, with a positive and engaging approach to our service users and staff.

This role is remote with the occasional travel around Kent, Surrey and London.
